system allows the user to set up planned maintenance tasks e.g. Gutter clearing,
Underground drainage, etc. These tasks are then set up against each site,
entering next due date, how often to be carried out (annually, bi-annually,
every five years etc), estimated cost and last cost. The system will monitor
these tasks and alert the user when they are due. Orders to carry out the
task are raised, with any developments being recorded. Once the task is
complete the date complete and actual costs are input and the task schedule
is updated. Due to the fact that the system knows how often this task should
be carried out it will calculate the date that the task is next due and
once again alert the user. Due to the fact that the system records the estimated
cost and last cost, any large deviance alerts the user that further investigation
may be required. |
