The system is designed to control and monitor all aspects of building maintenance. It is principally designed for Self-Storage companies' etc. that have to maintain a number of buildings. From a central head office, the system is designed to constantly remind users when quotations are due, when project activities should be starting and ending, when Breakdown / Repair Faults are due to be complete and when Planned Maintenance tasks are due. The system links to AutoCAD View and uses OLE extensively, utilizing Binder and Briefcase to provide a total solution.
