	Major refurbishment of self-storage sites in the London area. All work is completed with our own operatives including the following:
	Lift pit and shaft.
	Refurbishment of office areas.
	New build of penthouse and apartment.
	Fire compartment and lobbies.
	Canopies and cladding.
	Supply and fix of SAS partition systems and install only, many miles of self-storage partitioning, including mezzanine floor with all associated works.
